I work with adults using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and TRIP (Trauma Regulation & Integration Process) to help you understand what's been protecting you, and build a life that actually feels like yours.

In-person in Surrey, or virtual anywhere in BC

I direct bill ICBC, CVAP, and TELUS Health, and provide receipts for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and most Canadian insurances.
